He earned his undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley and his law degree from Willamette University College of Law. He is admitted to the Courts of Idaho, the U.S. District Court, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. As a member of Idaho's Criminal Justice Act panel, he provides federal criminal defense to indigent persons, a role that reflects both his skill and his commitment to the principle that everyone deserves a strong defense.
Shawn Wilkerson brings 15+ years of criminal defense experience, including ten years handling felony and misdemeanor caseloads. He earned his law degree from the University of Idaho and has argued before the Idaho Supreme Court and Court of Appeals.
